  • Can I pay in cash or check?

Cash or check payments are not available at this time. You can find our available payments upon checkout.

  • Can you match the price of a product on another seller’s website?

Before making a purchase, price match inquiries are handled via email at support@homegrowace.com. We reserve the right to review and verify if we are able to meet your request. This applies to the total purchase price, which includes shipping, taxes, or other discounts.

  • Do you have a discount or a promo code to offer for my purchase?

To get exclusive discounts, we invite you to join our Homegrowace VIP Club. You will see this option in the upper right-hand corner of our homepage under “Join Our VIP Club.” You will then be able to add your email address and subscribe to the pop-up menu at the top of the page. Once you are signed up, you will also receive a discount code notification to get $15 off on your first purchase.   • I’m interested in purchasing a wholesale or bulk order. How can I get a quotation or invoice for my purchase?

Home Growace sees to it that we will be able to provide an accurate check on availability, advise alternatives and offer the best price for wholesale or bulk order requests. Please reach out to us via email at support@homegrowace.com for assistance.

  • Can I walk in and pick up my package at your warehouse location?

Currently, walk-ins, drop-offs, and will-call pickups at our warehouse location are suspended until further notice. We are only able to ship your order via courier.

  • Do you ship internationally or outside USA?

Home Growace ships internationally but may have courier limitations such as shipping to remote addresses or the inability to ship to your location due to the nature of the product. You may contact us via email, live chat, or phone if you have any questions about international shipping. Please keep in mind that all orders shipped to international locations will have to go through customs and will be subject to local import and duty fees at the customer’s expense. Longer shipping times may occur with international orders.

  • How do I track my order?

You may log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order. A system-generated email is also sent once your order has been shipped. If you need further assistance, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat.

  • How long will the delivery take for an expedited shipping method?

Most of our orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, however, in some cases, longer shipping times may occur. The expedited shipping timeframe selected on Checkout applies to the transit time once your package is with the courier. It is not inclusive of the order processing and fulfillment time prior to shipping.

  • When will my order be shipped and delivered? What is your Shipping Policy?

Most orders are shipping within 24 hours, however, in rare cases, it may extend beyond the normal time frame for processing. Longer shipping times may also occur on bulk orders and international shipments. Free or Standard domestic shipping methods normally takes a day to deliver depending on your location once it has been picked up from our warehouse facility.

  • How do I choose the right grow tent for my space?

Choosing the right grow tent for your growing space takes careful planning. Send an email we will send you  an article that will help you get to the desired grow tent that fits your area in consideration of the grow lights, ventilation, and accessories needed for indoor growing.

  • How do I choose the right inline fan for my grow tent?

How to Calculate CFM for Your Growing Area:

Here’s what the formula looks like:

(Volume of Growing Area) x (Number of Air Exchanges per hour) / (60 Minutes) = CFM needed to fill your room with air or the amount of air your filter can handle at a time.

  • To get the volume of your growing area, simply multiply the length x width x height.
  • Take that number and multiply it by the number of air exchanges you want in your growing area.
    • Air exchange is necessary to ensure all the air in your growing area is fresh. Even filtered air will eventually stagnate, so exchanging air is important.
    • For most grow rooms, you’ll want to exchange your air about once every 3 to 5 minutes, or 12 to 20 times each hour.
  • Take that number and divide it by 60 to get the minimum CFM your grow room needs.
  • Now, take that number and multiply it by 2. This will give you a rough estimate of the true CFM requirements your grow room needs, taking into consideration pushing air through filters, the distance air needs to travel, grow room heat, and humidity.
  • Once you have that number, find the fan that will give you what you need.
    • Keep in mind you’ll have two sizes you’ll be looking at: the CFM and the diameter size of the duct opening (4in, 6in, 8in, 10in, and so on).
  • How high should I hang my lights?

Keeping the grow lights at the right distance is a vital way to getting your plants the power they need to turn nutrients into food for growth. It will depend on the type of light and wattage you are using.

  • How do I microdose?

A: There are a few proven and well used by many methods to microdosing.

If this is your first time consuming any type of psychedelic start off with Dr. Fadiman’s approach. After experimenting if you desire more effect try the workaholic’s approach.

Dr. Fadiman’s Approach (1 microdose every 3 days)

Dr. Fadiman recommends taking one microdose every 3 days to prevent changes of tolerance over time. Take 1 microdose pill (Spore Wellness or Neuro Botanicals) each morning with breakfast on the indicated days below.

Week 1: Mon/Thu/Sun

Week 2: Wed/Sat

Week 3: Tues/Fri

Workaholic’s Approach

This plan is geared towards individuals looking for high performance at work and creative fields. We recommend this approach to be used after having tried Dr. Fadiman’s approach. This method requires a daily microdose during the week and weekends are left open for recovery to baseline, in case of changes in effect over time. Take 1 microdose pill (Spore Wellness or Neuro Botanicals) each morning with breakfast on the indicated days below.

Balanced Microdose Approach

If you find that Dr. Fadiman’s approach is not providing the desired effects, try this method. Similar to Dr. Fadiman’s approach but instead of every 3 days, microdose every other day. Microdoses are taken 3-4 times per week. Take 1 microdose pill (Spore Wellness or Neuro Botanicals) each morning with breakfast on the indicated days below.

  •  Can I become dependent on mushrooms?

Studies have shown that magic mushrooms do not have the tendency to cause addiction. On the contrary, magic mushrooms have been used therapeutically to end addiction. With repeated consumption, one’s tolerance may increase, requiring a larger dose to achieve the same effects.

  •  How does psilocybin tolerance work?

Consuming magic mushrooms on a regular basis will build your tolerance for psilocybin. Tolerance to psilocybin builds and dissipates quickly. If you take magic mushrooms about once a week, the effects will be diminished. The built-up tolerance should dissipate if you take a few days off.

  •  Can I mix magic mushrooms with other drugs?

NEVER mix magic mushrooms with other drugs; this includes alcohol and cannabis.

  •  I see white fluff at the base of the mushrooms. Is this normal?

Yes, this is part of the fungus.

  •  I see blue colour on my mushrooms. Is this normal”

Yes, this is an indication that the mushrooms contain psilocybin, this is the difference between regular mushrooms and magic mushrooms.

  • How can I have my product be replaced and covered under the warranty?

If your product is confirmed to be within the warranty period, please contact us via phone, live chat, or email for assistance. Let us know about your concern about the product and your order number for reference. In some cases, photos or a video that best depicts the issue at hand is needed. These visuals help us with the diagnosis. Should we need to troubleshoot or get more details for the warranty claim, we will be informing you once we have reviewed your request.

  • How do I contact you and what is your business hours?

  • My order is incomplete and some of the items I ordered were missing. How can I get help?

Any missing items must be reported within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please send us an email at support@homegrowace.com and inform us of the following details necessary. Please provide your order number, and photos of the package received showing its contents lined up together so we may verify the missing items. On some orders, it will be delivered on multiple shipments that may have different scheduled deliveries.

  • My tracking number shows it’s already delivered but I did not receive it. How can I get this resolved?

Any lost orders must be reported within 14 business days of receiving your order. If the tracking number shows that it has been delivered but not received, you might consider looking for the package somewhere near your premise or asking your household and neighbors to check if they may have taken the package for safekeeping. You may also contact the courier as soon as possible and let them know that your package was never delivered to officially put them on notice. For further resolution, please contact us via email, live chat, or phone to report the lost shipment. In most cases, we are able to file a lost package claim with the courier on your behalf so we can initiate a search investigation. If you have security footage at the time of delivery, you may also send us a copy of it so we can also append it to our claim.

  • The item on my package arrived damaged. How can I have it replaced?

Any damaged items must be reported within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please send us an email at support@homegrowace.com and inform us of your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item/s received so we will be able to assess further and provide a resolution.
